All chef’s knives in the ZWILLING® Gourmet knife set have a FRIODUR® blade that has been ice-hardened in a special process. This gives the blades a tremendous resistance and is also corrosion resistant. The black plastic handle, which is held in the classic three-rivet design, fits comfortably in the hand thanks to its ergonomic shape.
