As described in our Terms and Conditions, we require new customers, customers sending funds over 200 USD/EUR or customers, who did not fill out Purpose of Payment in bank wire correctly, or whose bank details or IP address have changed, to verify identity.

- All documents has to be uploaded via your personal Verification page .
- Do not send us any of your verification documents via e-mail.
- Only documents uploaded via provided url link will be checked by our security dept.
- Once you upload your documents to our server, our security deparment will take care about that. No further action from your side is needed.
- Please be advised, that checking of your uploaded documents is time consuming and allow max. 48 Hours (Mon-Fri) to be completed.
- Please be patient and do not send us any e-mail regarding of your uploads, this will only slower the speed of your verification.
