A continuación les dejo una guía sobre como proceder ante un SCAM en el cual hayamos invertido mediante AlertPay para intentar recuperar nuestro dinero. Este método es exclusivo para este procesador y no esta garantizado que funcione. En algunos casos el administrador de la HYIP puede haber retirado los fondos, además deben cumplirse una serie de condiciones.

De todas formas lo publicamos, ya que para algunos usuarios puede resultar bastante útil, sobretodo al tratarse de inversiones con cantidades importantes de dinero.

CONDICIONES

1. Tiene que ser un HYIP en el que hayamos invertido VÍA ALERTPAY.
2. Fíjate en el sitio web del HYIP ya que siempre nos dan un tiempo de margen para los pagos (normalmente entre 24 y 48 horas). Este tiempo debe haberse superado.
3. Comunícate vía el mail de AlertPay del administrador del sitio HYIP para preguntarle qué ocurre con los pagos.
4. Espera unos días a ver si te contesta el mail el administrador del sitio HYIP, trata de agotar los recursos de soporte en la cuenta del sitio HYIP (trata de comunicarte por la web si tienen la opción).
5. No pueden haber pasado más de 30 dias desde que realizaste la transacción en disputa.
6. Si has cumplido con los 5 pasos anteriores, entonces puedes proceder a comunicarte con el soporte de AlertPay ya que el administrador del sitio HYIP no desea ponerse en contacto con nosotros o no desea pagarnos el dinero…

PASOS:

1. Primero de todo hay que entrar en nuestra cuenta en AlertPay
2. Nos dirigimos al apartado “Help”
3. Elegimos la opción “Submit a Ticket”
4. En “Category”, elegir “Security/File a Report”
5. En “Topic”, elegir “User Agreement Violation”
6. En “Website URL”, escribiremos la web del sitio HYIP que no te ha pagado.
7. En “Full Name” pondremos nuestro nombre ENTERO (nombre y apellido)
8. En e-mail debemos poner nuestro e-mail habitual, ya que por allí nos contestarán los de soporte (es recomendable que sea el mismo que el de la cuenta de AlertPay)
9. En “Message Details”, en “Subject” escribir: “HYIP Scam”
10. En el cuerpo del mensaje escribimos lo siguiente:

Hi,

I have invested $(CANTIDAD INVERTIDA) of this account on a High Yield Investment Program (PÁGINA WEB DEL SITIO HYIP). In the Terms Of Service they specify that they pay in less than (TIEMPO QUE SE PUEDEN DEMORAR SEGUN ESPECIFICAN EN LA TOS), and i’ve been waiting more than (TIEMPO QUE LLEVÁS ESPERANDO A QUE TE PAGUEN DESDE QUE PEDISTE EL DINERO) since I’ve requested my payment to this account (i should been paid $(CANTIDAD QUE TE DEBERÍAN PAGAR), i’m waiting since (FECHA EN LA QUE PEDISTE EL DINERO). I’ve also sent tickets to their support contact and never been answered. I believe i’ve been scammed by this HYIP site. Is there any chance you can reverse the transaction and have my $(DINERO INVERTIDO) or the interests ($ (LO QUE TE DEBERIA PAGAR) ) back in my account? This is the information of my payment:
